Remove Conversational Integration with LINE

    • Users can remove the Conversational Integration with LINE application when the app is no longer needed.

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Go to All > Conversational Interfaces > Channels and Integrations.
    2. On the LINE integration section, click Manage.
      The Line Channel integration page opens.
    3. Click the three dots on the right hand side and choose Remove Integration.
      A confirmation message displays.
    4. Click Remove.
      The Facebook Messenger application and all of its data is removed.
