## Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams workflow {#exploring-ci-microsoft-teams__cf-exploring-parent-workflow}

Ensure that you have a Microsoft 365 account with admin privileges (admin.microsoft.com accessible). To install Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams, you need the admin or virtual_agent_admin role.

2. Add integrations.

   :   Manage and configure Virtual Agent settings.

   :   Create a bot in Microsoft Teams. Manage and configure the self-configured bot, then generate the manifest file. Upload the manifest file to Microsoft Teams. Configure Virtual Agent settings.

       Verify that you enabled Message Extensions when generating the manifest file, and verify your bot name is one word.
