Add members to HQ group to complete playbook

    • Add approvers to the Retail HQ Governance group so the system can send playbook stage approval requests when all sections are marked complete or skipped.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Security > Users and Groups > Groups..
    2. Filter the Name field to locate and open Retail HQ Governance.
    3. In the Group Members related list, select Edit.
    4. Add required members who can approve the playbook stages from Collection to Group Members List and select Save.
    5. Select Update in the Retail HQ Governance group record page.

    Result

    The selected members are added to the Retail HQ Governance group and can receive playbook stage approval requests.
