# Find similar demands

# PPM PIWB template - Find similar demands {#ariaid-title1}

Use a guided template that walks you through training the Similar Demands solution
definition for finding similar demands.

## Before you begin

Role required: piwb_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllPredictive Intelligence WorkbenchUse CasesCreate New from Template.
2. Select the Similar Demands template.
3. Click Start.  
   The use case set up window opens displaying the name and description of the use case.
4. Click Take me there.  
   The ServiceNow Machine Learning Solutions page opens and displays all the available solutions.
5. Expand the Similarity solution to see the available solution definitions.  
   Configure or train the Similarity solution for finding similar demands.
   * To configure the Similar Demands solution definition (ml_sn_global_global_similar_demands), click Configure. For more information, see [Train the similarity solution for Demand Management to find similar demands](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/XMzVKeMPDlzVMFW2jNCDeg "Train the Similar Demands solution definition is included within the Predictive Intelligence for PPM capability to find related demands when creating a demand.").
   * To train the Similar Demands solution definition (ml_sn_global_global_similar_demands), click Train.
