    • Generate default mapping configurations to automatically create table maps, field maps, and choice maps for projects and demands, or customize mappings for specific integration needs.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_align_core_apw.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Portfolio Planning > Integrations.
    2. Select ServiceNow Internal to view the alignment integrations for the internal applications.
    3. Select Generate Default Mapping Configurations to create the table maps for projects and demands.
      Note:
      Mapping configurations consist of table, field, and choice maps.
