Delegate assignments and track demand progress by managing the stakeholders associated with a demand.

## Before you begin

Role required: it_demand_manager

## About this task

A demand can have multiple stakeholders and a stakeholder can be associated with multiple demands.

To create, edit, or delete demand stakeholders, you can also use the Add stakeholders
Playbook activity. For more information, see [Use Playbook in Next Experience for Demand Management](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/R_VVdcv47cvhTCdCyWnc9Q "Use the default playbook or configure a custom one to capture required information for a demand and support governance processes.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesStrategic Planning Workspace.
2. Select the Demands icon ![]().
3. Open a demand from the List page.
4. Select Details from the navigation menu.
5. Select the Stakeholders tab.  
   Note:  
   If the Stakeholders tab isn't visible, select More and then select Stakeholders.
6. Select New.
7. On the Demand Stakeholder form, fill in the fields.

8. Select Save.
