You create cost centers and associate budgets and expense allocations with
them.

## Before you begin

Role required: financial_mgmt_admin

## Procedure

1. Open an existing budget from the CostConfigBudgets module.
2. Make sure the Cost Centers related list is displayed.
3. Use the Edit to add or remove existing cost centers from the budget.
4. Use the New button to create a new cost center record.
