# Export demands

# Export demands {#ariaid-title1}

Share data with stakeholders or perform further analysis outside the platform by exporting demand records from Next Experience for Demand Management.

## Before you begin

Role required: it_demand_manager

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesPortfolio Planning Workspace.
2. Select the Demands icon ![]().
3. Select the demands that you want to export or select the check box in the column header to export all demands.
4. Select Export.
5. In the Export dialog box, select the export file type from the File Type drop-down list.  
   The available values are Excel, CSV, JSON, or PDF.
6. Determine the delivery type in the Delivery Type field.
   * To deliver the export by email, select Email and provide an email address in the Email field.
   * To download the exported data to your system, select Download.
7. Select Export.
