Send reminders to the target owner and contributors to ensure target check-ins are completed before the due date.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_apw_advanced.spw_goal_user

Sending the reminders to the contributor owner of the target helps them ensuring the target checkins before the due date.

Note:

Only the owner or contributors of the goal or target can send check-in reminders.

Send a reminder for target actuals check in.

Navigate to Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace > Strategy and Goals.
On the Strategy and Goals page, select the goal-based board for which your target belongs to.
Select the Row context menu icon () of the target that you want to send a reminder and then select Send reminder.
On the Send target check-in reminder window, enter an optional message in the Message field to help users update the target actuals, then select Send.

Contributors are notified with a check‑in reminder to update the target actuals.
