Create and manage pages and subpages for demands

  • Flexibly organize information for your planning items by creating, duplicating, and deleting pages and subpages in Next Experience for Demand Management.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • Create and manage pages and subpages - it_demand_user, it_demand_manager, demand_approver
    • Read pages and subpages - apw_read, ppm_read

    Procedure

    1. Open a demand from the home page of Next Experience for Demand Management.
      For more information, see Access demands.
    2. Select Docs from the L-2 (level 2) navigation menu.
    3. Create or manage docs in any of the following ways.

      Create a blank page Select Create page.

      The new page is created and added to your Doc with the name Untitled, which you can rename.

      Create a page from templates
      1. Select Create Page from template.

      2. Select a template from the Template Center and select Use.

      Create a subpage Select the Page Actions menu (Page Actions icon.) and select Create subpage.

      Delete a page or subpage Select the Page Actions menu (Page Actions icon.) and select Delete.
      Duplicate a page Select the Page Actions menu (Page Actions icon.) and select Duplicate page.
      Apply template to a page
      1. Select the Page Actions menu (Page Actions icon.) and select Apply template.
      2. Select a template from the Template Center and select Use.

      Save a page as a template
      1. Select the Page Actions menu (Page Actions icon.) and select Save as template.
      2. Provide a name and description for the template.
      3. Select whether the template is public or private.
      4. Select Save.
