From SAFe, define a portfolio which is a group of ARTs working towards a single
solution.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_portfolio_safe.safe_portfolio_user

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllScaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Portfolios.
2. Click New.
3. In the form, fill in the fields:

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Unique name for the portfolio. |
   | Portfolio manager | Manager to whom the portfolio is assigned. |
   | Description | More detailed description of the portfolio. |
