# Get started with Agile Development v2 mobile app {#ariaid-title1}

Access the Agile Development mobile app to track your sprints, stories, and
tasks.

## Before you begin

* Download the Mobile Agent mobile app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
* Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Log in with your ServiceNow instance address on the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device in one of the following ways:

   | Existing user | * If you installed the Agile Development v2 mobile app on an instance that you already use in the Mobile Agent app, refresh the app to see Agile 2.0 as an applet launcher. * If you installed the Agile Development mobile v2 app on a different instance: 1. Log out by tapping SettingsLog out. 2. Tap the add icon () and log in with your new ServiceNow instance address. {#get-started-agile-2-mobile__ol_hdx_nkw_lkb} {#get-started-agile-2-mobile__ul_czm_3kw_lkb} |
   | New user | 1. Enter the instance address in one of the following two ways: * Type the instance address in the instance address field. * If your administrator provided you with a QR code, tap the QR icon (![Scan a QR code]()), and scan the QR code. {#get-started-agile-2-mobile__ul_hr4_1lw_lkb} 2. 2. Log in using your user name and password.
3. Tap the Agile Development v2 icon (![Agile 2.0 applet launcher icon]()) to start tracking your sprints, stories, and scrum tasks.
