Adding RIDAC records enable you to keep a track of risks or issues during the project life cycle and help in analyzing the outcome of a project. ## Before you begin Role required: it_project_manager ## About this task Use All RIDAC page to view all RIDAC records in a single consolidated view. All RIDAC page displays all record types together in a grid layout. When you create RIDAC record or accept an AI-identified risk, it appears in this grid view. You can select the type of record you want to create, fill in the required details, and associate it to your project. You can use the RIDAC page in Project Workspace to view, add, manage, and evaluate all the RIDAC records. Track issues and avoid copying relevant details in the related records."). ## Procedure 1. Open a project from the home page of Project Workspace. For information, see [Access the Project Workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/NizzG8MYmtX6E2dj4LyjPw "Learn how to navigate to the new Project Workspace and open a project in the planning page."). 2. Open the RIDAC page of the project by selecting RIDAC from the list. 3. From the More actions menu, select the type of RIDAC record that you want to create. | Option | Description | | Add Risk | Add risks to your project to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and monitor risks.
