Use the Docs offline, and share with teams or stakeholders outside Collaborative Work Management (CWM) by exporting Docs as PDF.

## Before you begin

[Create a Doc in CWM](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/SCTFbT5xU6tQwOIb8JoHYw "Store information related to your tasks, reference users and task records, and collaborate in real-time using Docs in Collaborative Work Management workspace.")

Role required: sn_cwm.cwm_user

## About this task

If there are inline comments present in the Doc, they aren't highlighted or marked in the PDF output.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCollaborative Work Management.
2. From a Space, select the Doc that you want to export.
3. From the Doc header, select the More actions icon (![More actions icon.]()), and then select Export as PDF.  

## Result

The Doc is exported and saved in your local system as a PDF file.
