This related list is available from both a project record and a project task record. You can use the [New UI action](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/Lw3IPIBtE838x_BQejJEjA "Create tasks from the project form to break down project objectives into manageable units of work.") or [insert a new row in the related list](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/RWe87Q6zqlX_pK4~O~z~HQ "You can create a new project task from the Project Task related list on the Project form. Administrators must enable this task-creation feature."). * Use the [planning console](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/gW_cPPq9eZH~xOWmFjHaVg "The planning console is a centralized interface for the Project Management application."). * Use [the project task creator](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/qeFYirtqzBf6p4uiiEdaaQ "Use the project task creator to create multiple tasks at once."). Use a dialog box to create multiple tasks at one time.
