    • System properties that you can configure to modify the way your product manager or scrum team members view their work in the Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) workspace.

    These properties are available for Enterprise Agile Planning.
    Note:
    To open the System Properties [sys_properties] table, enter sys_properties.list in the navigation filter.

    sn_apw_advanced.eap_work_structure_allow_list

    Enables viewing different work item types in the Backlog and Planning board pages for EAP teams.

    • Type: string
    • Default value:

      sn_align_core_scrum_epic,sn_align_core_capability,sn_align_core_feature,rm_story

      Important:
      Any item, which is an extension of the Enterprise agile planning item [sn_align_core_eap_planning_item] table must be entered before rm_story.

    sn_apw_advanced.enable_hierarchy_view

    Enables the Hierarchy view in Enterprise Agile Planning to display work items in an expandable parent‑child tree.

    • Type: true | false
    • Default value: false
    • Location: System Property [sys_properties] table

      This property is available only after the Populate parent level data for work item fix script is run. For more information, see Enable Hierarchy tab in EAP.
    sn_apw_advanced.show_inactive_items_in_backlog_list

    Controls whether completed and cancelled work items appear in the Backlog section of the EAP Backlog tab.

    • Type: true | false
    • Default value: false (the Backlog section shows only active work items)
    • Location: System Property [sys_properties] table

    sn_apw_advanced.show_inactive_items_in_iteration

    Controls whether completed and cancelled work items appear in iteration sections (Sprints and Planning Intervals) of the EAP Backlog tab.

    • Type: true | false
    • Default value: true (iteration sections show all work items, including completed and cancelled)
