Delete a CI relationship from CMDB Group CI Relations

    • Delete a CMDB group CI relationship to limit available relationships for CMDB alert grouping, helping to reduce noise and improve alert relevance.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Event Management > Administration > CMDB Group CI Relations.
    2. Select the checkbox next to the CI relationship you want to delete.
    3. Select the Actions menu and then select Delete.

    4. On the confirmation window, select Delete.
      The CI relationship is deleted.
