# Manage personal and group resources {#ariaid-title1}

You can view and manage your resources as well as the resources assigned to the group
you belong to. If you belong to more than one group, you can view and manage all resources
assigned to those groups.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: Root administrator \[sn_cmp.cmp_root_admin\] and System administrator \[admin\].

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

Only a Root Administrator and a System Administrator have access to all three filters: Mine, My Groups, and All.

## Prozedur

1. On the Cloud User Portal, select Views filter, towards the right side on the banner.
2. Select an option:  
   * Mine: View and manage only resources that are assigned to you.
   * My Groups: View and manage all resources that are assigned to you and that are assigned to all members of all groups that you belong to.
