Attestation jobs run every month, sending emails to the owners of each certificate, giving them the chance to review the ownership of the certificate.

Validate the owner of a certificate every month. Assign and reassign certificates to users based on the people in your team at the current day. Each certificate owner, every month, can attest their ownership of each certificate, or reject ownership based on a change in circumstances.
