Use the Analyze potential impact agentic workflow to assess the effects of a change request. This workflow highlights the potential impacted servers and suggested services to help you identify risks, benefits, and make any
necessary adjustments.

## Vorbereitungen

Using the Analyze potential impact agentic workflow requires the installation of the following:

* Service Mapping Plus version 1.16.3.
* Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) version 2.3.0.
* Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) version 11.1.3.

Agentic workflows and their AI agents use [role masking](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=aia-role-masking&version=australia&pubname=australia-intelligent-experiences&ft:locale=en-US) to determine which users can access them. Ones installed with Now Assist applications have specific roles that come included with the application. If you select Users with specific roles for user access, you must configure the security controls to include these roles. Either initiate the Analyze potential impact agentic workflow using a change request number or from an open change request.
