ITOM AIOps leverages and maintains CSDM tables, while various ServiceNow products enhance and contribute value to its operations.

## CSDM tables in the CMDB that are managed by ITOM Health {#itom-health-use-case__section_qhm_thk_smb}

ITOM AIOps manages the following tables:

* Mapped Application Service table \[cmdb_ci_service_discovered\] (With CSDM v5, the label for the table has changed from application service to service instance.)
* Configuration Item table \[ci_\*\]
* Dynamic CI Group table \[cmdb_ci_query_based_service\]
