# Event Management Scorecards {#ariaid-title1}

The Event Management Scorecards dashboard displays when both Event Management plugin (com.glideapp.itom.snac) and the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Event Management (com.snc.pa.em) plugin are activated.

## Event Management Scorecards dashboard {#em-scorecard-dashboard__section_r35_cfk_3bb}

Hinweis:  
* Event Management does not support mobile devices.
* You must configure the relevant Performance Analytics jobs to enable the scorecards dashboard to display data. For details, see [Performance Analytics data collection](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_ClctData&version=australia&pubname=australia-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).

1. Navigate to Event ManagementOverview to view the overview module.
2. Select Event Management Scorecards from the drop-down list.

The tabs available in the Event Management Scorecards dashboard are:

* EM Overview
* Service Scorecards
* Alerts Scorecard
* Health Check Monitors

You can click elements within widgets to obtain more information.

## EM Overview {#em-scorecard-dashboard__section_w4p_kmq_kbb}

The EM Overview tab shows:{#em-scorecard-dashboard__table_pgm_tfy_jr__entry__2}

| Widget | Description |
|-|-|
| Active Alerts | Number of active alerts. |
| Critical Alerts | Number of alerts whose severity is critical. |
| Affected Application Services | Number of services that have an impact on the application service. |
| Affected Application Services - Grouped | Graphical representation of the number of services that have an impact on the application service. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Active Alerts - Grouped | Graphical representation of the number of active alerts. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Application Services Affected by Alerts | Number of application services that have an impact on alerts. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Active Alerts with Tasks | Number of active alerts that have tasks. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |
| Top 10 Active Alerts | Ten most active alerts during the review period. You can configure the graph using the controls in the widget. |

| New Impacted Services | Displays the number of services that have been impacted by alert. |
| Average Services Impact Time | Displays the average time (in minutes) that services are impacted by alerts. |
| % Today's Affected Application Services | Displays the percentage of application services that were affecting during the day. |
| % Application Services Impact Time Today | Displays the percentage of application services that were impacted by alerts during the day. |
| Average Impact Time by Application Services | Displays the average time (in minutes) that application services are impacted by alerts. |
| Average Impact Time by Services Criticality | Displays the average time (in minutes) that application services are impacted by service criticality. |

The Alerts Scorecard tab shows:

* Average age open alerts
* % of alerts reopened at least once
* % of alerts closed same day opened
* % of primary alerts out of total alerts
* % of alert grouping compression
* % of new critical alerts
* % of alert grouping coverage
* % of alerts closed by operator
* Alert Group Feedback

The Health Check Monitors tab shows:

* License usage per type
* Event status breakdown at the end of last 2 hours
* Number of events processed per job during the last 2 hours
