Review statistics for the resources that can be managed by ITOM
products. Compare this data to the average number of allocated subscription
units.

Role required: sn_itom_license.reader

See ITOM detailed licensing data over time with the ITOM Licensing Dashboard. View daily CI counts or average of the last 90 daily counts. Domain-specific information and specific CI listings for each daily count enable you to monitor and analyze resource
usage. You can generate a list of currently countable CIs for each of the ITOM applications as described in [View CIs consuming ITOM subscription units](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/FF2K3nU3sc_zjNYR3f1VmQ "Generate a list of currently countable CIs for each of the ITOM applications: ITOM Visibility, Discovery, ITOM AIOps, Health Log Analytics, ITOM Cloud Accelerate, and ITOM Optimization.").

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllITOM LicenseITOM Licensing Dashboard.
2. Select the relevant tab to display the dashboard for the ITOM product.  
   For example, select Visibility.Abbildung : 1. ITOM Visibility dashboard   

3. Point to a bar to view the number of CIs in each category.
4. Select the bar to view a list of the counted CIs.
5. Review the dashboard described in [ITOM/OT SU Licensing dashboard](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/I0Dn0kZ7OHX6xOVfoutrUw "Use the ITOM Licensing dashboard to review the statistics of the resource consumption and status against your purchased subscriptions. This dashboard contains reports for each ITOM application. The reports offer visualization of the daily usage count and of the average consumption of subscription units for 90 days.").
