Managing cloud accounts
Managing a cloud account enables you to accomplish a range of tasks such as canceling, suspending, or reactivating cloud accounts, and adding unmanaged accounts.

| Cancel a Cloud account request | Requesters can cancel their own account requests. |
| Suspend a Cloud account | Suspended accounts can still be used along with its resources, but new resources can’t be created for it. Before requesting account suspension, the ServiceNow admin must have already set up a suspension configuration. |
| Reactivate a cloud account | Suspended accounts can be reactivated. |
| Add an unmanaged cloud account |
You can import cloud accounts to manage them. |
