View a Now Assist summary of past incidents on the same or related Configuration Items (CIs) and strategies used to resolve them.

Role required: evt_mgmt_operator

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. Select the List icon (![List icon.]()) in the navigation bar.
3. Select ListsAlertsAll Alerts.
4. Open an alert.
5. Select the Now Assist panel icon (![Now Assist panel icon.]()).  
   The Now Assist panel displays.
6. Request a Now Assist past incidents investigation by selecting Analyze related incidents.  
   A summary of the most relevant related incidents displays in the panel.
7. **Wahlweise:** Inspect the details of a related incident by selecting the relevant link under Related Incidents.  
   The incident page opens, showing the Overview tab.
