Respond to an alert in Express List

    • Run a response action to remediate an alert issue manually from the Express List pane.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin
    Hinweis:
    The evt_mgmt_user role is view-only and doesn’t have permission to perform this action.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon .
    3. Select the alert number to open it.
    4. Select the response action for the alert from the Close drop-down list.
      Hinweis:
      If the list is empty, no response actions are available.
