# Install AIOps LEAP

You can install the AIOps LEAP application using Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) (sn_itom_gen_ai) if you have the admin role.
The application installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plug-ins if they aren't already
installed.

## Vorbereitungen

* Ensure that the application and all of its associated ServiceNow Store applications have valid ServiceNow entitlements. For more information, see [Get entitlement for a ServiceNow
  product or application](https://store.servicenow.com/$appstore.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186).
* Review the [AIOps LEAP](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/48aef5523e8541099799ccab14872eae/2.0.0) application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.

## Prozedur

1. Go to the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website.
2. In the search bar, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">Now Assist for ITOM</kbd> and then select Search.
3. Select the Now Assist for ITOM widget and then select Get to make this application available for installation on your instances.
4. On your instance, navigate to AllSystem DefinitionPlugins.
5. Install the Now Assist Admin Console application.
   1. Search for Now Assist Admin Console.  
      The minimum required version is 2.1.1.
   2. Select Install.

6. Install the Now Assist for ITOM application.
   1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionPlugins.
   2. Search for Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM).
   3. Select Install.
