# Activate integration

Activate integration allows you to enable a previously deactivated connector integration, restoring its functionality. This feature helps you seamlessly resume data flow and integration activities, ensuring continuity and
efficient event management without the need to reconfigure the integration.

## Vorbereitungen

Ensure the integration is deactivated.

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon ![ITOM AIOps configuration center icon]().  
   The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.
3. On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under the SetupIntegrations section, select Manage Installed integrations.
4. Select the Installed integrations tab.
5. For the integration that you want to activate, select the Ellipses icon () and then select Activate.  
   The selected integration is activated, and its status is shown as Active on the installation tile.
