# Working with SRM teams

# Working with SRM teams {#ariaid-title1}

Manage schedules and define escalation policies for your team. That way, your team sees who is on call and accountable and can have the confidence that critical alerts or incidents are acknowledged in a timely
manner.

On the Teams landing page, view and manage your teams and team requests.

Search by team name among teams you belong to, all SRM teams, or all teams in your organization.

Your selection determines the cards that you're shown on the Teams landing page.  
Choices are:

* Your teams (default)
* All SRM teams: All the SRM teams.

* All teams: All teams you have access to in your organization.

The Your team requests section contains team cards for any pending requests, if there are any.

The Your teams section contains cards that provide information about a specific team, such as the status of the team, name of the team, manager, team email, current shift name and duration, and primary responder.   Request to create a team to start monitoring your services. Teams are responsible for the issues that occur in the associated services.

  Set up an on-call schedule to make sure that someone is available to respond to incidents and critical alerts.

  Set up an escalation policy for your team to ensure that alerts or incidents are resolved in a timely manner by the appropriate team member.
