The analyze Service Observability dashboard skill uses generative AI to provide an analysis of a Service Observability dashboard. You need to activate this skill before using it.

## Vorbereitungen

Before activating the Now Assist skills, you must install the following:

* Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin. For more information, see [Install the Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/M5EEpOCIjZGT7h818IAZBg "Install the ITOM plugin in the ServiceNow Now Assist feature.").
* Service Observability. For more information, see [Install Service Observability](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/8wuuvQNbr9QLY4YVxp1sIg "If you have the system admin role, you can install the Service Observability application (sn_sow_svcobs). The application installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plug-ins if they aren't already installed.").

You must configure the following settings:

* ITOM pro plus SKU
* Now Assist for ITOM 9.10
* Service Mapping Plus (minimum version 1.16.3)
* Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM)
* Now Assist for Platform (minimum version 9.1.0)

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllNow Assist AdminSkills
2. On the navigation panel, select ITOM.
3. On the Analyze Service Observability dashboard tile, select Activate.
