You can view open alerts from all your monitors by selecting the Open Alerts card on the synthetic monitoring home page. To view a single alert, select the alert link from the resulting list.

To view alerts for a specific monitor, follow this procedure.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllService Operations Workspace and select the synthetic monitoring icon (![Synthetic monitoring]()).
2. Select a monitor from the list of all monitors and then select the Alerts tab.
The Alerts tab shows the alerts for the monitor. Select an alert to view details.
   Hinweis:
The alert shows the impacted service associated with the monitor. If for some reason this field isn't populated, see [Impacted Service not appearing in alerts](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/dEJxY8Flehafw7WReY9OJg "When a test fails for a monitor and you have configured an alert to trigger, the alert record should show the impacted service. There are a few reasons why this field might not be populated.").
