    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin
    Hinweis:
    The evt_mgmt_user role is view-only and does not have permission to perform this action.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation bar, select the Express list icon .
    3. Add an alert to an existing incident.
      You can add alerts to an incident regardless of whether you are working in the main pane or in the preview panel. The preview panel opens only when a single alert or alert group is selected.

      1. In the Active alerts list, select the alert.

        You can select more than one alert.

        Hinweis:
        You can perform the action on up to 1,000 alerts simultaneously by selecting the Select All check box in the Active alerts list. Select All check box.

        To display the individual alerts in a group, select the chevron icon (Chevron icon.) at the beginning of the alert group row.

      2. From the Close drop-down list at the top right of the alert list, select Link to incident.
      3. Enter the number of the incident to which you want to add the selected alert.
        Hinweis:
        You can also use the Lookup utility to search for and select the incident.
      4. Select Update.

      1. Select an alert group row.
      2. In the Alerts in group tab, select an alert tile.
      3. Select the more actions icon (More actions icon.).
      4. Select Link to incident.
      5. Enter the number of the incident to which you want to add the selected alert.
        Hinweis:
        You can also use the Lookup utility to search for and select the incident.
      6. Select Update.
      The selected alert or alerts are added to the incident and a confirmation message is displayed.
    4. Wahlweise: View the incident by selecting Open incident in the confirmation message.
