    Proactive Customer Service Operations를 활성화하려면 Proactive Customer Service Operations Management 플러그인(com.snc.proactive_cs_ops)을 활성화합니다. 이 플러그인은 기본적으로 활성화되지 않습니다.

    주:
    ServiceNow Store 플러그인입니다. 이 플러그인은 다음과 별도로 설치해야 합니다. ServiceNow Store.

    또한 이 플러그인을 활성화하면 Major Issue Management, Customer Service Install Base Management, Customer Service with Service Management, Customer Service Case Action Status 및 Major Issue Management 플러그인이 설치됩니다.

    2. 플러그인 com.snc.proactive_cs_ops를 검색합니다.
    3. 활성화를 클릭합니다.
