    • Add child tasks to your care team task template for care team agents to fulfill.

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the Child Template Items related list and select New.
    2. Enter a short description of this child template item.
      For example, Unit Safety/Readiness Task.
    3. Set the table to Care Team Task [sn_cto_task] to generate a work order task.
      Hinweis:
      The parent field value populates with the parent template item created previously.
    4. Set Parent field identifier to Parent.
    5. In Fields, add all fields that you want to be populated by default on this work order task.
      For example, your short description might be "Unit Shift and Safety Readiness tasks for care team". Your description might be "Review the shift readiness and safety check guidelines to complete associated tasks."
    6. Select Save.
