Adding template items to your care team task plan

  • Once you’ve created a new task plan template, add in template item information.

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the Template items related list.
    2. Select New.
    3. Enter a short description for this template item.
      For example, Unit Safety/Readiness Work Order.
    4. Set the table to wm_order.
      This setting generates a work order that contains your tasks.
    5. Set Parent field identifier to initated_from.
    6. In Fields, add all fields that you want to be populated by default on this work order.
      For example, a short description could be "Unit Shift and Safety Readiness tasks" and the description could be "Complete the unit shift and safety readiness checks. Make sure to complete the safety guidelines training".
    7. Select Save.
