You can use Workspace to manage medical device AEM cases.  
Wichtig:  
Starting with the Xanadu release, Healthcare Computerized Maintenance Management System is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. When an AEM request for reviewing the current maintenance plan for a medical device model is submitted from a service portal, a medical device AEM case is created for a clinical engineer to work on. As a clinical engineer
with the sn_hcls_cmms.clinical_engineer role, you can review the AEM request, remove any current maintenance plan, and change the schedule of the maintenance plan to complete the AEM request.
