Add users who can work on the appointment booking task for a procedure to the Procedure scheduler assignment group.{#pre-visit-proc-scheduler-grp__proc-scheduler}
Wichtig:  
Starting with the Yokohama release, Pre-Visit Management is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: user_admin or admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllUser AdministrationGroups.
2. In the Name column of the Groups list, search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Procedure scheduler</kbd>.
3. Click Procedure scheduler from the Name column.
4. In the Group Members related list, click Edit.
5. On the Edit Members form, move the users who would schedule a procedure from the available users in the Collection column to the Group Members List column.
6. Click Save.
