can read and contribute to the knowledge base. By default, users with the knowledge role can
contribute to and any users can read the knowledge articles in the Healthcare and Life Sciences knowledge base. For more information, see [Knowledge base setup guide for knowledge
admins and managers](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=set-up-knowledge-admin-user&version=australia&pubname=australia-servicenow-platform&ft:locale=en-US).
