Ensure that Multiple Provider SSO is enabled and configured correctly for Care Team Portal to authenticate with Epic Hyperspace via Hyperdrive.

Hinweis:  
The steps that follow assume that you have Multiple Provider SSO installed on your ServiceNow instance.

## Prozedur

1. Set your scope to Global.
2. Navigate to Multi SSOProperties and fill in the fields as follows.  
   * Set Enable multiple provider SSO to true.
   * Set Enable debug logging for the multiple provider SSO integration to true.

3. Select Save.
