# Request a vaccination

You can request a vaccination for an infectious disease, such as COVID-19, online
through a self-service portal.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: sn_vaccine_sm.user

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to the organization's self-service portal.
2. Log in to the self-service portal using your login credentials.
3. Read and agree to the privacy policy.  
   Hinweis:  
   You're unable to proceed without accepting the privacy policy.
4. Click Book Appointment.
5. Select the Program for the vaccine that you want to request.
6. Select your Preferred Center.
7. Answer any additional questions required by the Pre-Vaccine Questionnaire.
8. Click Submit.  
   The system searches for available appointments based on your criteria and books your appointment.
