Administer vaccine requests

    • As a user with the sn_vaccine_sm.clinician role, administer vaccinations and update Vaccination Request records.

    Role required: sn_vaccine_sm.clinician

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Vaccine Management > Workspace.
    2. Choose a task by using either method.
      • Click My Open, All Open, or All Open - Unassigned to view lists of tasks.
      • Choose a task from the All My Tasks list.
    3. Verify user information by reviewing details about the Vaccination task and the Pre-Vaccine Questionnaire.
    4. Wahlweise: Add comments or work notes to the task and click Save.
    5. Update the Vaccination Request record.
      • If you administered the vaccination, click Mark As Complete.
      • If the user didn’t show up for the appointment, click Mark as No-Show.
      • If the appointment should be canceled, click Cancel Appointment.
        Hinweis:
        Canceling an appointment cancels all appointments for the user.
      The Vaccination Request record updates with work notes based on whether the Vaccination Request was marked complete, the appointment was canceled, or the patient didn’t show up.
