Set up roles for Care Team Work Management users
Confirm that the appropriate roles are assigned to users of Care Team Work Management.

Roles control access to features, capabilities, and data in the Care Team Work Management application.
You can assign roles to individual users or groups. When you apply roles to groups, the members of those groups inherit those roles.
Example: You could create a unique group for care team agents for each unit and assign the role sn_hco.care_team_agent to the group. Then, when importing users, you would associate the users that are care team members with this group.
Example: For a user to be able to run playbooks and create task templates, their role profile should like this:
- sn_hco_orc.loc_support_agent or sn_hco_orc.admin for access to forms from Healthcare Orchestration application.
- sn_cto.care_team_agent or sn_cto.loc_support_agent for access to the Care Team Work Management application.
- sn_hco_orc.plan_author for access to task plan creation, scheduling and the ability to select multiple organizations for playbooks.

| sn_hco_orc.plan_author | Operational Leader | The playbook plan author role that is required for a location support agent or an admin for them to be able to see the task plan template module and the playbook when they create a new task plan template. |
| sn_hco_orc.loc_support_agent | Support Agent | Creates and fulfill the Healthcare orchestration tasks. Can create healthcare orchestration cases. |
| sn_hco_orc.loc_support_agent_manager | Support Agent Department Manager | Tracks and manages all the tasks and cases for support departments. |
Prozedur
- Navigate to then open a user record.
- In the Roles related list, select Edit.
- In the Collection list, select the desired roles, and then select Add.
- Select Save.
