The location support agent role will only give healthcare organization members the ability to view environmental services cases associated with their healthcare organization.

Prozedur

1. Navigate to All > User Administration > Groups.
2. Select New.
3. In the name field, enter a name for your team member group.
4. Fill in the other fields as needed.
5. Navigate to the roles related list.
6. Select Edit.
7. Add the sn_cto_evs.loc_support_agent role into the Roles List.
8. Select Save.

Ergebnisse

A user group is created for your location support agents to which you can assign your environmental services support agents when doing automated user imports.
