Starting from version 18.1.0 of the Risk Management and Advanced Risk applications, the dashboard is accessible via the Next Experience UI Framework. Customers using Vancouver or Washington DC releases can also access it there by navigating to All > Advanced Risk Assessment > Risk Identification > Analytics Overview.

Key Features

• New Entities (Single score): Displays the count of new entities created in GRC during the last week, helping risk managers ensure these entities have mapped risks and controls and that workflows are initiated.
• Questionnaires Past Due Date (Single score): Shows the number of questionnaires overdue to prompt risk managers to take necessary follow-up actions.
• Orphan New Entities (Single score): Highlights new entities without an assigned owner, allowing risk managers to assign responsibility and ensure risks are addressed.
• Risk Identifications by State (Horizontal bar): Groups risk identification records by status such as New, Information Gathering, Control Mapping, Citations and Policies, Risk Mapping, Review, and Monitor, providing a clear view of workflow stages.
• Entities by Inherent Risk (Pie chart): Categorizes entities by inherent risk ratings, helping identify high-risk entities that need immediate attention.
• Inherent Assessments by Due Date (Bar graph): Displays upcoming inherent assessments assigned to users, organized by due date on a weekly basis.
• Questionnaires by Due Date (Bar graph): Shows upcoming questionnaires assigned to users, also organized weekly by due date.
