Users with the Authorization Official \[sn_irm_cont_auth.authorization_official\] role can view the reports in the AO Overview module.
Important:  
Starting with version 18.1.2 of CAM users on Vancouver or Washington DC can view the AO Overview dashboard in the Next Experience UI Framework.

## Accessing the dashboard {#reports-ao-overview__section_akk_q3y_hcc}

Users with the following roles can access the dashboard:

* CAM Administrator (sn_irm_cont_auth.admin)
* Executive Reader (sn_irm_cont_auth.executive_read)
* Authorizing Official (sn_irm_cont_auth.authorization_official)

To open the dashboard, navigate to AllContinuous Authorization \& MonitoringAnalytics DashboardsAO Overview.

## AO Overview - Authorization Packages tab {#reports-ao-overview__section_ao_auth_pkgs}

The Authorization Packages tab on the AO Overview dashboard provides central visibility into the state of all packages. The reports on the Baseline Controls tab provide a general overview of the baseline controls in your system.

| Report | Description |
|-|-|
| Packages Pending Approval | The number of authorization packages for which approval has been requested, but that haven't yet received approval. |
| Packages with Overridden Impact | The number of authorization packages with an impact that have been overridden. For more information, see [RMF step 1 - Categorize the authorization package](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/8yt6j8Lzt8TtOA6Gd0m4hg "In the Categorize step, you define the criticality or sensitivity of your information system according to potential worst-case scenarios. This involves selecting NIST information types for the package and using the information types to define the impact levels for the package."). |
| Packages by Step | The number of authorization packages categorized by steps (for example, Monitor, Access, Select, and so forth). |
| Packages by Impact | The number of authorization packages categorized by impact levels. |
| Pending Approvals | A list of all packages pending approval. |

The reports on the Baseline Controls tab on the AO Overview dashboard provide a general overview of the baseline controls in your system.

| Packages with Unimplemented Controls | The number of authorization packages for which common controls were created, but haven't yet been implemented. |
| Packages with Inherited Controls | The number of authorization packages that contain baseline controls inherited from a common control. |
| Packages with Common Controls | The number of authorization packages for which common controls were created and implemented. |
| Compliance Score Percentage | Compliance score percentages for policies grouped by name or number. |
