After the risk scores are calculated, you can transform the scores into a rating and
then easily report the ratings to senior management and to other stakeholders.

Scores are transformed into a rating because ratings provide clear meaning and interpretation
for the scores. The transformation of risk scores is done using transformation criteria. You can
define the transformation criteria based on your requirements. For example, you can define that a
risk score between 80-100 is a high risk.
