Configure entity-based access by installing the Entity-based Access Configurations plugin and enabling properties for record types.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_privacy.admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem definitionPlugins.
2. Find the Entity Based Access Configurations plugin by using the filter criteria and search bar.
3. Select a version from the list and select Install.  
   The plugin is installed in your instance.
4. Navigate to AllEntity Based Access ConfigurationsProperties.
5. Enable the Entity-based access on record types related to entity property.
6. Select Save.  
   Based on your selected settings, the entity-based access properties are configured in your system.
