Create a template with pre-defined information that you can use to send notification
quickly to your users in an emergency.

## Before you begin

Role required: BCM admin (sn_bcm.admin)

## About this task

For example, you can define a template drafting an email information for a particular emergency crisis that might strike a business location or facility specifically.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Business ContinuityEverbridge Notification ConfigurationNotification Templates.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the notification template. |
   | Description | Short note about the purpose of the template. |
   | Delivery channels | Communication channels used for sending the notification. |
   | Subject | Title of the notification. |
   | Message body | Introductory text message for the notification. |
   | Foot note | Closing message for the notification. |
   | SMS text | Message sent through SMS. |
