Use the Bulk access update configuration form to create a bulk configuration within the Entity Based Access application.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Details | Tab that shows the list of the entities that can be scoped. |
| Make entity scope selection based on | Type of entity that you want to scope. |
| Select entities | List of entities to select. Note: Only the entities with an active configuration are available for selection. |
| Select downstream entities also | Option to include all the child entities in the selection. |
| Scope record types | Tab that shows the record types and conditions to scope records for the bulk update. |
| Add a record type | Option to select the record type that you want to include in the scope. |
