# Managing Operational Resilience {#ariaid-title1}

Starting with GRC version 16.x.x, a new workspace has been
introduced for the GRC: Operational Resilience application. You can use Operational Resilience Workspace for managing your resilience tasks and monitoring the resilience metrics
from a single dashboard.

## Overview of Operational Resilience Workspace {#working-in-opres-ws__section_ufc_5xq_z5b}

Operational Resilience Workspace provides a single-pane view for an improved User Experience (UX) and a simplified user journey. The highlights of Operational Resilience Workspace are as follows:

* Configure the resilience tasks by using the interactive forms.
* Visualize the resilience metrics on the dashboard.
* Track the risks, controls, and issues from the GRC applications on the related tabs in the Service form.
* Remediate the incidents, outages, vulnerabilities, and change requests for a business service.

You can view the data visualization components of the resilience metrics on the following pages:

* Home page: The Home page displays the status of the services and the pillars on the dashboard.
* Tasks page: The Tasks page displays your individual tasks and your team's tasks on the dashboard.
* List page: The List page displays the configurable resilience tasks, such as the importance and impact tolerance assessment or a scenario analysis in the list format.

## Roles required to access Operational Resilience Workspace {#working-in-opres-ws__section_um3_qrw_1wb}

You can access Operational Resilience Workspace with the following user roles:

* Operational Resilience administrator \[sn_oper_res.admin\]
* Operational Resilience manager \[sn_oper_res.manager\]
* Operational Resilience user \[sn_oper_res.user\]
